You can also enjoy performances year-round at the Mary G. Steiner Egyptian Theatre and the Eccles Center for the Performing Arts. Dining Guide

The dining in Park City and Deer Valley can easily be classified as world class. In spite of Utah's reputation as a "dry state" you will find it quite easy to find your favorite libation in Park City. Rather than try to list every one of the 100 plus eating establishments in town you can check out the Park City Chamber Bureau's interactive dining guide.

Often a point of confusion for many people in Utah is the liquor laws. Here are few facts that may help clear things up a bit. What most people know as bars elsewhere are referred to as private clubs in Utah. Don't be deterred however. Easy access can be gained by getting a membership. Often free, memberships are occasionally sold for a nominal fee. You can only buy 3.2% beer in the grocery store. For stronger beer, you may want to go to one of the three liquor stores in the area. These are state controlled liquor stores, so they are not open on Sunday or holidays. In restaurants you must have the intent to buy a meal when you order a drink.

Having said this, the liquor stores offer a wonderful selection of wines and libations from around the world. Salut!
